The highlights

Dan does it for you

Ask Dan to log a call, add a note, update a contact or move a stage. He shows exactly what will change, and nothing happens until you press the button.

Switched on per team

Talk instead of typing

A microphone in notes, Send to Dan and every Dan and Caroline chat, and a Talk to Dan page made for your phone.

Switched on per team

Dan works your imported lists

Dan reads a list with you, plans how to work it, and releases a few contacts each morning with the first message ready.

Switched on per teamFor managers

Meetings from your calendar

Customer meetings you put straight into Google Calendar appear on Meeting Prep, matched to the contact. Outlook is in pilot.

Switched on per team

A weekly coaching report

Every Monday morning, a coaching report on your team's week, with every number counted from your own records.

Switched on per teamFor managers

A quicker pipeline board

One search finds anyone, every column sorts, and the closed columns fold away so the stages you are working stay in view.

Every team

Dan, your sales assistant

Ask Dan to do things for you

From any Dan chat, ask Dan to log a call, add a note, change a contact's details, add, dismiss or delete a task, move a contact to another stage, or tick Budget, Authority, Need or Timeline. Several things at once go on one card. Nothing changes until you press the button.

Switched on per team

Talk to Dan on your phone

Talk to Dan, in the menu, is one page made for your phone: press the big button, talk, and Dan answers with the same cards as anywhere else. He repeats back any name, number or day he heard, so you can check it. Reading his answers aloud is off until you tick it.

Switched on per team

Voice notes

Press the microphone, talk, and press Stop: your words appear in the box for you to check and edit. In Add Note, Send to Dan and every Dan and Caroline chat. For your own notes after a meeting or call, never for recording a customer.

Switched on per team

Dan emails you

Ask Dan to email you a draft, a summary or your task list, or to remind you by email at a time you choose. It only ever goes to the address on your own profile, and nothing is sent until you press Send or Set reminder.

Switched on per team

Dan sets up, moves and cancels meetings

Ask Dan to set up a meeting, or to move or cancel one, and he prepares it on a card for you to confirm. He never does it himself. Needs Set Meeting.

Switched on per team

Dan ticks off tasks you have done

On a contact's record, tell Dan what you have done and he offers to mark those tasks complete.

Every team

Your conversation with Dan follows you

Your dashboard chat with Dan comes with you when you open a record or follow one of his links.

Switched on per team

Send to Dan from a contact's record

Send to Dan now opens over the record you are on, with that contact already chosen. Where your team uses Send to Dan.

Every team

Buyer Revolution in every agent

Dan, Sally and Caroline now follow Plan Grow Do's own master knowledge on how buyers research suppliers, choose and buy, word for word, in their standing instructions.

Every team

Working imported lists with Dan

When you import a contact list, Dan reads it with you and helps your team work it a few contacts at a time. Dan proposes; your managers decide. Switched on per company.

Dan's view of every contact

Who looks worth pursuing, who fits the customers you sell to, where they are and who should own them.

Switched on per team

A plan your manager approves

The order to work the list in and a first move for each contact, with Dan's reasons. Nothing becomes a task until a manager approves it.

For managers

A few contacts each morning

Each working morning a set number of contacts become tasks. You are never handed the whole list. Managers set the daily pace for the team.

Switched on per team

Your first move, ready

Dan prepares the first message and each chase, using only the facts on record, in your company's own tone, which managers can set.

Switched on per team

Dan's daily calls

Each morning Dan makes at most one call on each released contact: move them on, chase, park or bin, with his reasons. You accept or override. After three chases with no reply he proposes parking them for 90 days rather than a fourth chase.

Switched on per team

What Dan has learnt

A list's page shows what is working across the list as results come in. Every figure is counted from your records; Dan only puts them into words.

For managers

Caroline's ideas, and a hand-off

Caroline suggests campaign themes for a list and points out gaps in your library. Contacts gone cold, or never worked, can go to her email campaigns once a manager approves, and nothing is sent until you press Send.

For managers

Contacts added by hand

Give Dan contacts you added one at a time, as a list of their own, without importing them again.

For managers

Uploaded and waiting to be assigned

Contacts on an imported list with no owner yet have their own place on the dashboard, apart from new enquiries nobody owns.

For managers

Meetings and your calendar

Choose who gets the invite

Set Meeting sends the calendar invite to the contact, you and any colleagues you pick, and the record shows who was told. Where your manager has Set Meeting on.

Every team

Move or cancel a booked meeting

Changes the meeting in the calendars of everyone who was invited, not just in Always On.

Every team

Wrap up a meeting once it has happened

Once a meeting finishes, its card offers Add notes and Mark as complete, so the write-up is one click away. With How did it go? switched on, Dan helps turn your write-up into the note and a lesson for your Scrapbook.

Every team

Calendar Sync

Connect your Google calendar and the customer meetings in it appear on Meeting Prep, matched to the contact by guest email, every 15 minutes. It only reads, never writes, and never reads meeting notes. Outlook (Microsoft 365) calendars are in pilot.

Switched on per team

Pipeline and contacts

The pipeline board

One search box narrows every column as you type. Every column has a sort menu, and your choices are remembered on your account. Sent to CRM, Disqualified and Parked fold into slim strips. New leads sit at the top of their column for their first day and carry a New tag for three days. Back to Pipeline returns you to the board as you left it.

Every team

A contact's page on your phone

The contact page is laid out for a phone screen, with its tabs wrapping to fit.

Every team

What we know so far, kept current

The summary on a contact is rewritten after a BANT tick that moves their stage, a task email, a WhatsApp message, or an email you link to them.

Every team

Since you were last here

One line at the top of your dashboard says what came in or changed since you last opened Always On.

Switched on per team

Sally on your website and WhatsApp

Sally answers at any hour

Sally answers on your website and WhatsApp at any time. Your working hours only change what she says when she hands a visitor to your team.

Every team

A summary of the chat by email

Sally can offer a visitor a short email summary of the conversation, with the links she gave. Only to visitors who say yes, once per conversation.

Every team

Sally reads your whole website

Scrape & Index reads your whole site in the background, main pages first, and reads it again every month so Sally stays up to date.

Every team

WhatsApp delivered and read ticks

See whether each WhatsApp message from your business number was delivered and read, whoever sent it.

Switched on per team

WhatsApp after Sally hands over

Once Sally hands a WhatsApp chat to your team she stops replying, and you are emailed when the customer writes again, at most once every four hours, or straight away if they say it is urgent.

Every team

WhatsApp chats that did not become contacts

Every WhatsApp chat that has not become a contact is listed in Visitor Chats, marked WhatsApp, with the customer's number.

For managers

See where Sally's answer came from

In the portal, Sally can show the sources behind her answer.

Switched on per team

Copy Sally's new leads to an inbox

Every new lead Sally creates from your website chat, and WhatsApp if you use it, can be copied to an address you choose, as your forms already can.

Switched on per team

Forms and your website

Your fields, in your order

Choose which fields each enquiry form shows and drag them into order. A change to one form never changes another.

Every team

Every enquiry from one form to one person

Send everything from a form, such as a partner's landing page, to one person, with others copied in, whatever the visitor's region or sector.

For managers

Your own acknowledgement email

Each form's acknowledgement email can have its own subject, opening, response time, phone number and next steps, or leave any of them out.

Every team

Your own opt-in wording

Word the marketing opt-in tickbox on a download form your own way.

Every team

Forms that fit their space

One extra line in the embed code makes a form exactly as tall as its content: no scrollbar, no white gap.

Every team

Forms and chats in Google Analytics

Completed forms, downloads and chats that become real enquiries are reported to your own Google Analytics, credited to wherever the visitor came from.

Every team

Opt-ins straight to your email platform

People who tick the opt-in on your forms are added to your own mailing list in Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo and others.

Switched on per team

Email, CRM and settings

Turn automated email off, and send a test

One switch in Settings, Integrations turns off the automated email Always On sends for your company, and you can send yourself a test email.

For managers

Customer emails from your own domain

Acknowledgements, Sally's follow-ups and resource downloads can come from your own domain, under a name you choose. Ask and we set it up with you.

For managers

Choose where CRM pushes start

For Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot and Sales Eye, pick the stage a pushed opportunity starts in by name, read live from your own CRM.

For managers

Cancel a scheduled campaign

Cancel a campaign scheduled for later until its emails start going out. A rep can cancel their own; a manager can cancel anyone's.

Every team

Add team members quietly

Set up a whole team before anyone is invited or hears about leads, then send the invites when you are ready. A newly connected shared mailbox starts paused until a manager sets it going.

For managers

An email when a task is assigned to you

When someone puts a task on your list, you hear about it by email straight away.

Switched on per team

The weekly coaching report

Every Monday between 07:30 and 10:00 your time, a coaching report on your team's week, Monday to Sunday. Every number is counted from your own records, with its definition. Managers choose who receives it, anyone can stop it, and every week's report is kept in Always On with the contacts behind each number.

Switched on per teamFor managers

A Help button answers questions from the User Guide, takes problem reports and ideas in your own words, and shows Plan Grow Do's replies under Things I've raised.

Switched on per team

Clearer chats

Agent chats show tables and clickable links, and Dan's suggestions appear as buttons.

Questions about updates

How often is Always On updated?

Every month. We add features and improve the ones teams already use, then publish what changed on this page. There have been 93 updates since September 2026.

Are new features included in the subscription?

Yes. Every feature on this page is included in Always On. Some are switched on per team, so we turn them on when your team is ready for them.

What does "Switched on per team" mean?

Some features change how a team works, such as Dan working an imported list or the weekly coaching report, so they are switched on company by company rather than for everyone at once. They are still included; we switch them on when you ask.

Who are the features marked "For managers" for?

Managers and admins. They cover running the team: reporting, how leads are routed, and team and company settings.
